There is no limit on the number of projects you can manage. Kompass BMS is designed to support multiple projects simultaneously, allowing you to keep everything organized. Some Kompass clients have over 50,000 proposals and projects that they manage on the system.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No, we don’t charge any setup or onboarding fees. Our onboarding service is free and includes data transformation, system setup, and team training. Depending on the complexity of your data, the process usually takes between 3-5 weeks.
Is there a contract length for Kompass BMS subscriptions?
We offer flexible subscription options with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel with just one month’s notice.
Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?
No, we believe in transparent pricing. There are no hidden fees, and all the essential features, including support and integrations, are part of your plan.
Do you charge extra for customer support or technical assistance?
No, we include customer support in your subscription. Our team is available during regular business hours to help you with any technical issues or questions.

Is there a limit to the number of team members or departments that can use the system under one subscription?
There’s no limit on the number of departments. Our pricing is based on the number of users, so you can add as many as you need.
